These terms apply when you use useaishield.com or buy anything from us. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is

AI Shield publishes consumer education about AI generated media and related fraud. The content is general information for a general audience.

What this site is not

Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or professional security advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship between us. No technique described on this site or in our products can guarantee that you will identify AI generated content, or that you will avoid fraud. Detection is probabilistic. The signs we describe are reasons to verify independently, never proof on their own. Decisions about your money, your accounts and your personal safety remain yours.

Products and payment

Our products are digital and are delivered by download or by email after purchase. Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by a third party provider, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because the guide is a digital file that is delivered in full the moment you pay, and can be read, copied and kept immediately, we do not offer refunds.

So that nobody buys without knowing what they are getting, the contents of the guide are listed in detail on the guide page before checkout. Please read that first, and email theaishield@gmail.com with any question before you buy. We would rather answer a question than take money from someone who wanted something different.

If your download does not arrive, or the file will not open, that is not a refund matter and we will fix it. Email us and we will get you a working copy.

Your license to use our products

When you buy a product you get a personal, non transferable license to use it, and to share it within your own household. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it publicly. You may print copies for personal or family use.

Our content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to AI Shield unless stated otherwise. Where we discuss or reproduce third party material for the purpose of education and commentary, it remains the property of its owner and is credited where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Shield is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or our products, including financial loss resulting from fraud. We provide education. We do not provide security services and we cannot monitor or intervene in your accounts or communications.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to outside resources such as government fraud reporting services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, including the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.
